Where do I register my team members?

You will register your team in the exhibitor portal. Do not register from the website or your discount will not work.

The booth staff is grayed out. How do I register for the booth staff pass?

Correct, it is not a link, scroll down and click on the "New Registration" button and complete the form.


How do I cancel a pass or substitute a person's pass?

To cancel a pass click on the "Red X" where the the pass holders are listed. 

To substitute a pass, contact customer success. Send the company name/person's name/email of canceled person and the company name/name/email/job title/phone of the new person.


Can I register onsite?

Yes, but there is a strong possibility wait times and long lines. We strongly encourage you to register online and make any changes before arriving to ensure a smooth process. Any changes made closer to the show date may take a little longer to complete.


I want a single session pass.

Get a single session pass at registration when you pickup your badge. 1 pass per 100sqft and you may purchase additional passes in the exhibitor portal and onsite.


Can someone else have my badge printed onsite for me?

Yes, but only under special circumstances. Please contact REGISTRATION for more information on pre-printed badges.
