What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel, change/upgrade, or substitute your pass, please email the Registration Team at nxamericasregistration@informa.com.

Policy: You may receive a refund if you cancel by March 22, 2026 (57 days or more before the event), subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your fees plus taxes (if applicable). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after March 23, 2026 (56 days or less before the event) or for failure to attend. Cancellations affecting multi-registration discounts will cancel the lowest-value registration first. No cancellations are allowed once pre-event networking or platforms have been accessed.
