What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your HDI Service & Support World registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 service charge, until January 23, 2026. Cancellations received between January 24, and April 3, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after April 3, 2026 or for no-shows. 


If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to Hdieventreg@informa.com. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Hall passes.
