If you need to cancel your ICMI Contact Center Expo registration, you may do so for a full refund, less $200 service charge until July 24, 2026. Cancellations received between July 25 - September 4, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after September 4, 2026 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to icmiexporeg@informa.com. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Only passes.
