How do I scan a badge?
Download the event app INFORMA CONNECT TECH EVENTS from the App store or Google play store in March. If you have a booth staff pass you will see a QR code icon at the bottom center of the app. Scanning is a function within the event app.
Who can scan badges?
Only booth staff pass holders.
How do I see/download my leads?
There are 2 ways to see your leads, in the app AND the Leads Insights platform.
- In the event app: Tap on the person icon(bottom right), you can view your "Team's contacts" and "Export". You must use the desktop version of the app to download the leads.
- Lead Insights platform: Log into the LI platform and review your dashboard and leads. Coming in March.

Attendee List
We do not distribute attendee list nor do we sell attendee list. Please beware of any emails that offer to sell attendee list for IWCE. You will be able to contact all attendees within the event app a week prior and throughout the event. For every attendee that you "connect" with in the app and badge scanned at the live event, the app will compile that list for you and you may export that list in real time. Make sure your team has made themselves visible in the app, go to TEAM'S CONTACTS in the app to view all contacts made in the app and at the live event.

When can set up our booth?
Only booth staff pass holders will be admitted on the expo hall floor Monday - Thursday before and after hours.

Do I need both conference and booth staff pass?
Yes! If you want to attend sessions and need access to the expo hall floor before and after hours.
No! Booth Staff can only access the expo hall before, during and after, they cannot attend session BUT you may purchase single session passes if you with to not attend the entire conference and have interest in a specific session.
Conference passes may attend sessions and attend the expo hall ONLY during expo hall hours, not before or after.
Where do I get return shipping labels?
Freeman will have a customer booth onsite that will have all of the shipping labels needed to return your shipment back to you.
Is there FedEx or UPS at the venue?
Yes, please view the LVCC map to locate the offices. FedEx has a store. UPS has drop points.
Where can I get food, breakfast, lunch, dinner?
There are food venues on the premise if you do not have access to the IWCE breakfast and lunch services. The booth staff pass holders do not have access to IWCE food services.
What can booth staff attend?
Booth staff may attend keynotes, receptions and special events, content in the expo theaters and can view video of keynote sessions on demand.
Single Session Pass
Single Session passes are available if there is a specific session you want to attend without purchasing a conference pass. Your booth is allotted one pass per 100sqft of your booth. See the registration desk when you arrive onsite to retrieve your badge and ask for a single session pass.
How do I pickup my badge onsite?
You will have received a QR code in your email when you registered. You will scan that code at a kiosk and it will tell you which printer has printed your badge. Your QR code is also on your app.
Luggage Storage
There is not a place to store luggage. We do not hold or store luggage for you. You may place items under your table or you may rent a locked cabinet from Freeman.
