What are my pass type inclusions?

There are two types of exhibitor passes available: the Complimentary Conference + Staff Pass and the Complimentary Exhibitor Staff Pass

• Complimentary Conference + Staff Pass: This pass provides the same access as the Conference Pass listed on our main site. Additionally, it includes access to the expo floor during move-in and move-out hours, lunch, the Informa Connect Tech Events app, and the AutoTech Awards
• Complimentary Exhibitor Staff Pass: This pass grants access to the Expo Hall, move-in and move-out hours, lunch, the Informa Connect Tech Events app, and the AutoTech Awards

What is my booth number?  

• You can find your booth number on our floor plan

How do I add a team member to the portal and/or seed them on reminder emails? 

• When you log into the portal, you can add team members to the link at the top. This does not register them for the event:

Who do I order catering, booth cleaning, electrical, internet, etc. from?

• You can place your orders through the Exhibitor Services Manual portal button

How do I make hotel reservations?

• You can book your hotel through the Hotel & Travel portal button

How do I print my badge onsite?

• When the Informa Connect Tech Events app goes live, you will see a "Check-in QR" button on the app. Onsite at registration, you can select that and a QR code will pop up. You'll scan that at registration to print your badge. You must show a photo ID as well. Picking up a colleagues badge is not permitted 
• 

What is the virtual event platform and when will it go live?

• The Informa Connect Tech Events app is the app you will network with attendees pre-event and scan badges at the event through. Registered exhibitors will be able to log in 4 weeks before the event

Exhibitor Move-In Hours:

Monday, June 1 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, June 2 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Expo Hall Hours:

Wednesday, June 3 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, June 4  10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours:

Thursday, June 4  5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Friday, June 5  8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
