AutoTech 2026 - Know Before You Go

AutoTech 2026 is right around the corner! To make sure you have a successful event, pleasereview the information below and let us know if you have any questions, via email at: autotechcustomersuccess@informa.com 


1. SHOW LOCATION – AutoTech 2026 Vibe Credit Union Showplace   

46100 Grand River Ave.   

Novi, MI 48374   

Expo Hall Location: Hall C

 

2. SHOW HOURS   

Wednesday, June 3     10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Thursday, June 4          10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Badged Booth Staff may arrive as early as 8:00 AM on June 3rd and June 4th.   


3. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS 

*Located inside the entrance to the Expo Hall   

Tuesday, June 2            12:00 PM - 6:00 PM   

Wednesday, June 3     8:00 AM - 6:00 PM   

Thursday, June 4          7:30 AM - 5:00 PM   

• Please enter through the back of the hall and check in at the EAC check in desk on Mondayand Tuesday morning until the registration desk opens on Tuesday at 12:00 PM. 

To check-in onsite you will need a government issued photo id that matches the legal nameon your registration record.   

• To create a contactless check-in process, the QR code included in your registrationconfirmation email will be required for check-in.   

• No exhibitors will be allowed onto the show floor without a badge.

 

4. MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS

5. VEHICLE MOVE-IN

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE AUTO REQUEST FORM AND RECEIVE APPROVAL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO BE PERMITTED ONTO THE SHOW FLOOR. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVECOMPLETED THIS FORM IF YOU PLAN TO DISPLAY A VEHICLE AT AUTOTECH 2026 AutoTech 2026 - Automobile Request Form 

*IMPORTANT* 

• ALL EACs (EXHIBITED APPOINTED CONTRACTOR) & EXHIBITING BOOTH STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT THE EAC & EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN DESK LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE EXPO HALL DURING MOVE-IN DAYS AND RECEIVE A WRISTBAND. 

• IF YOU ARE AN EXHIBITOR, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH A BOOTH STAFF PASS. IF YOU ARE AN EAC, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED AS AN EAC BY FILLING OUTTHESE FORMS: 

o AutoTech 2026 - NOI EAC - to be completed by exhibitor 

o AutoTech 2026 - EAC Agreement - to be completed by EAC   

• IF YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY REGISTERED, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER.   

• You may pick up your badge at the Registration desk once Registration opens on Tuesday. • Reminder: All individuals in the expo hall during setup and teardown are required to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes. Anyone found to be not in compliance will be required to leave the expo hall. No exceptions will be made. 

• All booths must be show-ready by 4:00 PM on the day prior to the show (Tuesday, June 2nd) • Allbooths must be in place and all materials must be uncrated and tagged for removal by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd, so we may remove empty containers and clean aisles.

6. MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS   

Thursday, June 4          5:00 PM – 9:00 PM   

Friday, June 5                 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

7. VEHICLE MOVE-OUT 

Thursday, June 4          5:00 PM – 9:00 PM   

Friday, June 5                 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

• Absolutely no tear down is permitted prior to the close of the show!   

• All exhibits/booths must be torn down and ready to ship on June 5th by 12:00 PM. Freightcan be picked up on Thursday, June 4th until 9:00 pm or freight can be picked up on Friday, June 5th from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm from 46100 Grand River Ave., Ste B, Novi, MI 48374. 

• All outbound Bill of Lading paperwork must be turned into the Service Desk prior to yourdeparture from the venue. If you do not have an outbound Bill of Lading, you may completethis document at the service desk after the show. Be sure that your carrier knows thecompany name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your freight atthe close of the show. Anything that is left behind in your booth that is not labeled foroutbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash.

8. PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS (LOCATED IN DIAMOND CENTER)   

Sponsors who have purchased a private meeting room within the Diamond Center must adhereto the following parameters:   

• MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS:   

Monday, June 1             8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday, June 2            8:00 AM – 4:00 PM   

Sponsors may access their meeting rooms starting on Monday, June 1. Please check in atthe EAC & Exhibitor Services Desk located at the back of the expo hall to receive awristband. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed to enter. You may pick upyour badge on Tuesday once Registration opens.   

• MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS: 

Thursday, June 4          5:00 PM - 9:00 PM   

Sponsors must clear their meeting rooms by 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 4th 

Any on-site additions must be coordinated with the on-site catering team, and there is a30% surcharge for all on-site additions. Those charges along with all other servicesrequired (power, internet, AV, etc.) will be invoiced post-event.

9. MEALS 

Delegate Lunch will be available Wednesday & Thursday in the Expo Hall. This is open to alldelegates, speakers, exhibitors and Informa staff. 


10. EXHIBITOR SERVICE CENTER   

Exhibitors needing assistance should proceed to this area for On-Site Exhibitor Service Centerlocated in Hall C. The following vendors will have service desks at this location:

11. INFORMA CONNECT TECH EVENTS APP   

Exhibitor Pass holders scan leads via their personal devices by downloading the ‘InformaConnect Tech Events’ app. Search “Informa Tech Events” in the App Store or Google Play todownload the Informa app. Login with the email address you provided to register forAutoTech 2026.

12. MOBILE APP   

Please use the mobile app to refer to the agenda, conference details, expo details, floor plansand more! If anyone experiences issues with the mobile app, please visit the registration desk.   

Search “Informa Connect Tech Events”. 

Steps:  

• Login with the email address you provided to register for AutoTech 2026

• Be sure to turn on notifications to know when attendees are reaching out to you in real time. For IOS you can manage notifications within the app settings. For Android you canmanage the notifications on the phone settings within notifications settings.
