What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel, change/upgrade, or substitute your pass, please email the Registration Team at PAINWeekRegistration@informa.com.

Policy: You may receive a refund, less a $300 service charge, if you cancel by May 11, 2026. Cancellation requests received between May 12, 2026, and July 01, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass, less a $300 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made on or after July 2, 2026, or for failure to attend. Cancellations affecting multi-registration discounts will cancel the lowest-value registration first. No cancellations are allowed once pre-event networking or platforms have been accessed.
