All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your CMHC registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $300 service charge, until June 17, 2026. Cancellations received between June 18 - August 1, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass, less a $300 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after August 2, 2026, or for no shows.
If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to cmhcregistration@informa.com.
